Need a scannable prepaid return label with each order. But why? Some people hate USPS, love fedex, prefer UPS, want overnight etc. Only you know what the value of your package is, so now you insure it for that. This solves all of that mess, most of my customers use pirateship.com its crazy cheap and easy. I even got scammed when I made my own labels. A guys order I sent back was out for delivery, delivery attempt fail, next update was receiver forwarded the package to another address. Two weeks go by and its sitting at the post office, then it gets delivered to the forwarded address he changed it to. Emails me saying his stuff got delivered to the wrong address. Told him he forwarded it and had two weeks to go pick it up, but didn't. I eat this one and replace his order, but never again. I will never pay one single penny on any shipping problems ever again. Shipping has nothing to do with me. |
