Probably. I wouldn't expect any until late 2023 at this rate.
Ah well, then my 10/22 will be perfect |
|
I figured that I should voice my desire for some of the NDS iron sights as well. Currently there aren't any decent options on the market.

Checking in for updates - I’ve held off on buying a .300 Ranch because these aren’t available.

Now I have a new .223 Ranch ready for these sights. They have to come out sooner or later, right?

The guy said by the end off the year..2022.. so trust him as far as you can throw him.

I'm so mad somebody won't make something I want and sell it to me. First world problems are terrible

Better to have first world problems than to have real problems

I hope you are able to get these back in production soon. I still need to replace a broken 10/22 takedown front sight that took a haard fall. I e-mailed you a while back and then had some life priority changes. The 10/22 sat in the safe for a long time. I went to re-purchase it this morning and saw that there was no inventory anywhere.

Add me to the list, I want some! I didn't know these were a thing. I just stumbled across this. But damn, that makes me want a Ruger American with a Magpul Hunter stock with these sights. That's flippin awesome. HURRY UP!
Wow. I'm trippin. That's beautiful. I want one. Quoted: Help us make cool guns like this!! https://www.ar15.com/media/mediaFiles/13081/PXL_20230413_013932776_jpg-2780556.JPG View Quote |

@mike_nds
Any update on these, Mike ?? Please just be straight with us -- if you now know that these sights are not going to be manufactured again or that a realistic ETA is going to be another 6 months or 12 months or 18 months (or even longer) just say so. At least that way we can plan. Many people in this thread and on other forums are simply giving up at this point and having to go a different route. Thanks! |

For a company the size of PSA, and a product which has been in production, this seems like a slam dunk that could be assigned to another product manager.
Would love to give you my money. |

I'm currently working to get these running again, but the retro program is the priority.
We have to start from scratch. There was no sight tooling transferred with the sale of NDS, just the IP. I have a shop getting ready to quote on them. But if you can't wait, go buy a Skinner they are a good product. |

I joined this forum specifically for this thread. I, too, am interested in purchasing these sights.
I'm looking to buy a Ruger American Ranch 7.62x39 next month. While doing research, I came across the NoDak sights on the Youtube channel and was very intrigued, I enjoy having irons on my rifles. Extremely disappointed to later find out they were bought out by PSA and ceased production. Although I wouldn't mind building me one of them H&R retro ARs. |

In post #23 I said I’m working with a shop to get them quoted.
Now that the retro line is rolling I can work on other stuff a bit. |

I'm willing to wait for the nodak spud sights to come out, just please make them for all calibers. Been wanting to get a set for my RAR 300 blackout since I heard about these sights 2 months ago.
|
|
They are not caliber specific, the muzzle diameter is the determining factor.

Mike,
Thanks so much for keeping us updated and dealing with our questions! |

I'm new here, Was looking between the RAR and the Mossberg back in Jan 21. Found the Nodak Spud sights that were just released a few weeks earlier in Dec, that made my mind up for me as I have other Ruger’s. My build here is kind of a mini Scout rifle.
I could not figure out how to post a photo here, but there is one posted on PSA forum https://palmettostatearmory.com/forum/t/nodak-spud-sights-for-ruger-american-ranch/21943/7 |

I'm willing to bet the next person who asks Mike for updates on Ruger NDS sights get flattened by a giant cartoon mallet from him.
|

Got my ranch about as ready as I can in the meantime. Excited for the sights to come back!
don't remember how to share images, it's been a minutes since I've used arfcom. https://www.instagram.com/p/CgXjrt5OlCo/?igshid=MWZjMTM2ODFkZg== |

Other than that, I think I'm going to enforce standardizing on the 300 Pmag and I hope to test a bunch in this rifle. Everything in my shop using 300 should be Pmags, everything 556 is metal or Lancer. |

guys ive just brought a vortex strike eagle 1-6x
