Now THAT's what I'm talkin' about!!! The last lil' piggy I popped was with a Mini-30 the last time I was down your way. We were hunting on some private land between Del Rio and Bracketville, if you know where that is... Yote hunting up here in Minnesota is basically over and deer season isn't until November!!  Fuel prices be damned!!! It may be time for a road trip south!!! Congrats on the GREAT hunt!!! |
Awesome pics. This is all I have...I'm still waiting on my CMMG upper to mount it on.   Thanks again for all the cool stuff that came with it, especially the Dillo!

Specs: RRA 16" Varmint YHM 12" FF tube LaRue Bipod adapter with Harris 12-25 bipod LaRue LT-104 with Nikon Buckmaster 4.5-14X40 Mildot Spec ops sling (for those long coyote hunts) Ammo: Remington case WSR Primer 23.4 grains of Varget 60 Grain V-Max Caught this one on my way out to call  2 more down to the RRA/LaRue combo  First one i shot with this setup  |
99% of the time i am running wolf 55 grain, or Lake City xm193 55g. Every once in a while one of them turns inside out real good.....I dunno if it gets destabilized by some brush before it hits flesh....or what the deal is....but sometimes, "POP" |

A month old or so, just got the pictures from my buddy last night. The bait:  The LaRue stuff:  Too bad it started pouring on us after we got some fresh rabbit for some coyote hunting  Still had a good time shooting plates & bowling pins at 125-150 yards  Next time we need a lot more rope & cables to hang stuff from trees. |

Mark, Does this AR qualify as a LaRue Whacking rifle. I believe it has some LaRue stuff on it. BTW I placed an order yesterday to FUG'ed up my LaRue rifle with your VFG. The current VFG has to go since it does not say LaRue on it. All I want in life is some Dillo Dust sent to FL...

Well...I made the FUG purchase and got some of your Tactical Dillo dust...  I put some on a "Lechon" AKA a rosting pig and everyone loved it.Everything you guys make is top notch (From the Quad SSSS to the dust) Thank you: Mark, Austin and MfingAR for your help and customer service. ....BTW I now have 3 lowers that need to sport the LaRue name on it. NFA paper work is in so that means a 12" QUAD  . Another one will be the big 20" QUAD. THANKS AGAIN -

Only thing I've taken out with my Larue equipped rifle is those damn Ferrel cats running around the neighborhood.. (only 2 with the 5.56 upper, the rest were with the .22 upper) Basically looks like ARin's jack pics.. Landlord gave me $20 a cat.. Paid 2 months rent off cats.. CXS |

In the sticks... My neighborhood consists of 200+ acre fields and a few houses... Not every neighborhood is Houses stacked on top each other.. People drive back down here and dump out their cats and other unwanted animals..  Closest house to me...  Here's the other house.. CXS |

Jackrabbits ? To slow them down enough that the deserving carion-eaters get their fair share too. Coyotes ? To keep them from eating mother's babies and little girl's pet kitty cats. Foxes ? To slow down their overly-glutenous predation of every life deserving, egg-producing rare-breed chicken. Badgers ? To stop a charge. Wolves ? Before they eat the very last moose in Alaska. More ?  |

No need to fight gentlemen.  Just bring your camping gear and you can stay as long as you want. We can hunt CQB rabbits to 2000 yard rabbits. I have been climbing,(ok the Bronco has ) up to an abandoned mine lately and playing at 500 + yards with my 25-06. Its amazing what a 75 grn V-max does at that distance. Then we can go to the Adobe Deli eat a steak and French Onion soup, get drunk as skunks and Mark can show us how a purist drinks. I am quite positive I can get a few others (Dingus Khan) to help with the task of driving you guys around.
