Hello, I would appreciate some help in addressing a mistake made by Palmetto State Armory with my recent order #12125174715. One of the items I ordered was not in the package and the package contained an item that I did not order. I ordered 2 "AK-V" mags and a Soviet Arms aluminum AK handguard set. What I received was the 2 AK-V mags and a Chip McCormick AR cassette trigger. I've tried reaching someone in customer service through your online help center and I am not getting a response. I've tried calling and am put on endless hold endless with violin music. Your customer service representatives appear to be overwhelmed. The Soviet Arms handguard is not showing as in stock. Please just give me your return shipping address and an RMA # for returning the Chip McCormick cassette trigger (issue a shipping label please), and credit me for the Soviet Arms handguard (129.99 + tax).  |

Sadly, there was another error made, and I still do not have the Soviet Arms handguard set that I ordered. I shipped the Chip McCormick trigger group back using the RMA number and shipping label PSA provided, and it is now back at PSA. I received a voice message from Vanessa and spoke to Nick and they said that PSA had the Soviet Arms AK handguard set that I ordered in stock and would send it to me. I received the package and again there is a problem with what was shipped. The Soviet Arms handguard set is a "set" and consists of an "upper" and "lower" handguard. What was shipped to me was 2 lower handguards. Below is a photo of the shipment that I received. I think it was an honest mistake and the 2 lower handguards were at least packed very well (and shipped in an actual cardboard box - nice!) If PSA does not have the upper handguard in stock, then I wish to return both of the 2 lowers and you can refund me for the Soviet Arms handguard set as paid for in my original order ($129.99 + tax). If you have an upper handguard available in stock that you are willing to send to me, I will take it and return one of the 2 lower handguards to PSA.

I received an RMA and shipping label by a standard form email, and would like to know if I should send 1 of the 2 handguards back (as per the case of PSA sending the upper handguard), or if I should send both handguards (refund what I paid for the handguards). Edit: Thank you for the response. Eric called and I got a text from Nick. They said I just need to send one of the one of the 2 lower handguards back and they are shipping the upper handguard. That is great news as I would very much like to get my hands on one of these handguards. The whole "Soviet Arms" line is fantastic. |
