10mm with a 6" barrel, specifically? Just bought a slightly used one. Looks like the slide assembly comes off as one unit? Vids would be helpful if anyone has a link. It's in jail until Monday afternoon. |

Does the guide rod have a hole in it that's visible when the slide is pulled all the way back? If so you can capture that with a paperclip that's bent to fit and the whole deal comes out. Holy resurrection guys! Lol. I'd forgotten all about this thread. It has a GI spring guide and a blank reverse plug. So the slide assembly comes off as a single unit and reassembles the same. A real pain in the tookus of using anything stronger than a 20# spring. In fact, l can't even hold a stronger spring in place. I wish it had a one piece guide rod like my RIA 10mm, cause that's a breeze. But that doesn't look like an option for a 6" gun. |
