I'm picking up a unit that you guys made and completely forgot to ask the question about which brand glass is on it. Looking at the pictures, I'm not so sure that it isn't the AGM/Apache glass that's got a terrible reputation (and I say that as someone who has a unit with their glass.) This unit was sold to Kosher, then to an end user in May of 2020. If you are buying it somewhere else in April 2021 who knows where it has been and what has been done to it. BTW a clean, low EBI 72 lp, 30+ SNR COM SPEC tube, nice! |

Interesting - Cage code only on the inside, so I will need to remove it correct? It was advertised as "UNV Vyper PVS-14 with L3 filmless WP tube. This one is new with 0 hours on it. Purchased new by me from Benny at Kosher Surplus. Still under warranty." by an upstanding member here so I would doubt he messed with it, but anything is possible! Just figured I'd check since my standard accessories won't fit on it. One of the reasons I'm asking - looking at the optic there appears to be a round, nearly perfect semicircle imperfection in the glass. It appears to be a scratch, but can't be felt at all and it does not clean off. It appears to be on the INSIDE of the glass.
