| In December 2013, I sent two price match requests for the same Bushnell HDMR scope and both were never responded to. One being overlooked may have been an 'accident', but two sent several days apart is simply getting ignored. Up until recently I have had good dealings with SWFA going back many years. Sadly, I missed a good deal while waiting for SWFA responses that never came. |

We have just recently found that a lot of our reply emails are heading straight for our customers spam folders due to the nature of the generated email.
