I didn’t think I was going to have much of a bird dog season this year, But he has been amazing in the cold water retrieving and fieldwork. maybe this year is going to be salvageable after all  now if I could just find some hair dye for him, LOL

I’m actually quite surprised how mine is doing in the cold, typically if I’m by the campfire I have a blanket that I throw over him and he loves it... but I think just a sense of a bird being out there he loses all care about how cold it is
