Agreed. Seems like the solution would be to start at a later time so 40 is viable. |

As of now, I'm planning on keeping it @ 01:00UTC. Edit: The end goal of an ARFCOM West net is to get it started and then have multiple net control stations even further west of me trade off calling it. |

Sorry I missed the net. Today is my wife's birthday, and she said it was the worst one she's ever had. Her brother's wife and kids were staying with her parents for some campout thing, and her parents totally forgot it was her birthday.
