Hey folks,  have any of you upgraded to a convection microwave?  

We have a propane oven but some things just don't cook how you want in the propane oven.  

Is it as simple as measurements, trimming some cabinet wood and install?

Do they need extra venting or anything?

I didn't know these were a thing.  I may have to upgrade.  I have a convection toaster oven from my office, but no counterspace at home.

They make a countertop version, so additional venting is unlikely to be required.  Air convection seems likely to expel some greasy light smoke or exhaust, so I may have to run my vent hood while using it.

I also await some personal experience/advice.
