Looks nice.

Have you considered the cheaper, fold-up Coleman Camp Oven?

Suggest that you read the reviews.  Some folks have inexpensively "accessorized" their Coleman oven and gotten some excellent results.

I am familiar with the Coleman. I just ran across the Swedish one on an RV site, and it piqued my curiosity.

Really nothing new. When we canoe in the Boundary Waters in upper MN we made the same thing with an aluminum bundt pan from Goodwill for a $1. Used a camp stove on low under it for a heat source. Made Brownies really well.

I like the idea of the bundt pan.

I've got a couple of these Outback Ovens from way back ~they sold different versions/levels of kits:

Not too obtrusive as the pan and lid are regularly functional on their own, one of the kits is just the diffuser and tent to be used with any pan that fits.

Not sure why they didn't stick around, maybe too expensive at the time.

You can find a bundle cake pan for $5 at Hobby Lobby. Then you just need something to set it on and a lid.
