Perfect time to do it. I did, found a few spots pretty worn.
Kuiu and EXO sent new parts, great warranties. Been putting off the Kuiu thing for a while. Frame was wearing thru here. They sent out a new belt.  Attached File Attached FileThe EXO K3 was needing shoulder straps and that same lumbar part.  Attached File Attached File |

I've get an old Jansport pack that the shoulder straps started coming apart on. I pinged corporate about wanting to buy new straps from a local dealer. Their response: "Hell no. Send us your address and we'll put new straps in the mail." I did not complain.
