I've had problems over the past year or so getting overseas mail for some damned reason.

The Post Office has given me the lame excuse that customs can hold mail for up to 90 days.

An Italian QSL manager sent me a card three different times and finally after 3 tries I got it.

He is also good at confirming via QRZ, LoTW and ClubLog, but he only uploads on the first day of each month. I got him on 30m FT8 last week and he confirmed yesterday morning (Sep 1) and that was the last one I needed for my QRZ Master of Radio Communications - Asia award.
