Just saw this and part practical breakdown to smaller package, part reminiscent of old A team.

I like the takedown 10/22.  This may be a bit too gimicky.

Thoughts?

If it were an SBR, it would be pretty cool.

That ~3” barrel with a short silver can would be “chefs kiss”.

I see absolutely no purpose for this but I really want one...  Take my money!!!

I think the Ruger charger, takedown, with the pistol brace is much more useful. Of course, I am thinking of it as a trunk or truck gun. It breaks down into very concealable pieces. You can carry 500 rounds of ammunition for it and hide it under your seat with no issues. Would serve as survival if you get stuck in the woods or in a shit hit the fan  situation.

I like the looks of the Sampson for nostalgic reasons. If they made the shoulder thing that goes up into a brace or blade, it would be more better.

While cool, how much are you gaining in space savings?  The 16”+ barrel kind of sets a floor for length needs.

Any weight savings?

My thoughts exactly. Aside from the nostalgia factor of this, how is it better than the braced charger pistol someone already posted?

That is sort of cool.
I like the Magpul stock where everything clips together.

This is along the lines of something I have been noodling around for a couple of years now.

My version uses this barrel from TacSol

https://store.tacticalsol.com/Detail.aspx?PROD=1366892&CAT=13324

With one of the older Butler Creek folding stocks that were metal.

It is currently sitting at the gunsmiths waiting to have tue barrel channel hogged out to take the fat barrel.

With this barrel setup I can put my can on it and it is still just over 17@ barrel length.

With the folder it sows down in a. Ice compact and more importantly it fits into just about any no. Description bag.

I am still undecided as to an optic but since it is a 100 yd gun max one of my spare RDS sights is likely going to be the eventual choice.

Sling wise it wil just get a simple strap.

I pity the fool who doesn't like this.

@bajagringo is this an integrally suppressed barrel? If so what are your thoughts?

I have a 22 can but an integral is something I've not jumped on yet. my truck has a perfect storage compartment for a 10/22 in magpul stock and a built in silenced barrel would be cool as hell.
