HELP! Suzuki DF25 starter relay

Can anyone tell me where the hell the starter relay is located on a 2007 DF-25 Suzuki outboard?
I've had the cowling off and the intake cover and can't find it, so I'm beginning to think it's under a fairing.

Verify it is actually the starter solenoid with a test light before
ordering parts if you already haven't. There are several reasons why it may not crank.

I'm reasonably sure its the relay. I found a relay online for $10, so I'm not out a buncha money.
