Hey own a hazard 4 Pillbox backpack and love it! But I am struggling on how to config it for some of my needs.

First I would like to add a hydration bladder. The pillbox does have a sleeves that can take a hydration bladder, but makes the bag uncomfortable to wear. I have the hard point rails so think I could attach some.sort of molle style bladder setup? Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Second question I had was about molle pouch's that attach to the sides of the bag. The molle strap runs vertical around the sides versus the type horizontal strap configuration. Can anyone suggest some pouch's that mount horizontal almost like a belt attach so they could be mounted on this bag?
