| Going to be in Kalispell in July with the wife for an equestrian event and I plan on fishing at least one day. Any fly fishing guide recommendations would be appreciated. Ideally would like to do a float trip. |

https://www.lakestreamoutfitters.com/ Lakestream is who I see most on the Northfork of the Flathead river. Bring Elk Hair Caddis flies in sizes 12,14 & 16 and bead head nymphs in those sizes as well. I tie the nymph to the hook of the dry fly and have caught 2 at a time on occasion. https://www.montanariveranglers.com/ Is another I've heard of, but never talked to anyone who used them. I take it she's going to an event at Rebecca Farms, they have a really nice course there. |
