First three clips in this video, are of a Raccoon with no tail. It also has some kind of lump there. I've never seen one like this before.

My assumption is some type of old traumatic injury that caused tail loss. Those fuckers get into enough trouble that I don’t think it’s out of the realm of possibility.

There was a skunk running around the neighborhood without his tail in the 70s. My dad shot it off with a broadleaf.

It could be, because that lump looks really odd to me. It looks healthy though.

Lost its tail to a bobcat or dog while running up a tree to get away at some point, it will be fine.
