Quality/Durability and Capacity of primary interest. Used for small flashlight. I have many Eneloops + Charger, but thought I'd experiment with this type of battery.
Does the charging port reduce the capacity of such batts? If so, maybe not a great idea, although it's a convenience when the main charger is not handy. What about this rig? Or maybe these Batts (I have appropriate cables): Batts |

Ultimately, I have a bit less confidence in the quality of those.
But I understand the appeal, I have 3xAAA equivalent packs for my headlamps, it's nice to be able to charge from a USB pack. It'd be pretty inconvenient vs a charger that can take them all at once, but nice for one at a time. |
