Funny how as recent as 10-12 years ago, Tripods for hunting were really non existent. I am really impressed with the Warrior Tripods new ball/leveling head.  Best Hunting Tripod for 2026 |
I'm a FatBoy fanboi all the way but the Major combi-head looks interesting and innovative. That seems like it might be the best of both worlds.  |

Indeed. When the 1st leveling heads first came out, I really liked the Lower center of gravity design. The only thing that sucked at times was having to reach underneath to loosen/tighten the head. Now this hybrid design is more intuitive and ergonomic. Finally it is ambidextrous for the left hand folks. |
