As the title says, pics below of old pasture/fields I used to bush-hog periodically at the acreage & have been mowing with a 60" Ztrak 930M zero turn. A big plus is that it takes less than 1/2 the time needed with a 60" rotary cutter behind the 3038e (but I am now mowing some areas weekly & the back fields bi-weekly). I probably mow 6-8 acres or so of the 20. Attached File Attached File Attached File Attached File Attached File Mowing low has helped cut down on a lot of the "woody" weeds. Still have to keep knocking down sweetgum's, but poison ivy & briars are pretty much non existant. For those that say get some grazing animals, the land is 12 miles out from the house & has no fencing. |

People don't think evolution be like it is, but it do. Nice area now. I have seen it happen too but I can never get out there consistently enough. |

| I did the same thing. I started at the place I bought with a bush hog except right by the house and now zero turn most of it with a bush hog along the edges of the fields and making trails in the woods. The zero turn is quicker and a better cut. |
