His Book "When Technology Fails: A Manual for Self-Reliance, Sustainability, and Surviving the Long Emergency" sounds pretty good: wondering if anyone had read it and if so, their thoughts?

Useless.

Like most books like this, bunches of little paragraphs that barely touch on any real info.
