What do you guys think about the Delta rifle of there’s. My local GS has one in stock. $1950.00. In 6.5 Creedmoor.

My buddy has owned the D5 and D5 Pro in .308. The Pro model is awesome. It's a hammer with FGMM, and the chassis is pretty badass.
His D5 had an issue with the bolt. It actually failed when I shot it the first time. DD made it right, but it was a bummer for sure. I think they had some issues with the bolts on the early models. That said, he still recommends them. He's a "sniper" on our SRT team. |

Ive never shot one but one of my co-workers raves about his. Ive only handled it. Seems solid and well made like most DD products.

I’d buy a production rifle from MPA, GAP or Seekins long before I’d touch a DD.

I have a Delta 5 Pro in .308. I checked my zero last week and it put five rounds into ~5/8" at 100 yards. I like it. I haven't had any problems with it.
I bought mine because I had a list of things I was looking for - kind of typical "custom" things I would want in a rifle - and it had them all. Chassis, threaded muzzle, good trigger, DBM, caliber, etc. |
