Is there anything that works good for mags in a Aero Precision that will lock the bolt back on last shot. My magpul mags will not let the bolt lock back on last shot. My bolt seems to keep the mag from letting the bolt catch grab. It keeps the follower push down and goes right over it and the bolt catch will not latch. I am using a Cryptic bolt carrier.

Will it lock back if you manually cycle the bolt?
Magpul are pretty close to the gold standard for most, make sure the bolt catch moves freely. Next would be the mag catch, unlikely but it may be a bit too low or out of spec causing the mag to sit too low. |

Sometimes, but when it does you can see inside that it is not catching all the the way because the bolt assembly is pushing on the back of the mag follower and not leting it push up on the bolt catch. Yea Magpul mags are usually the best there is. I am anal about cleaning my bolt carrier almost every time I shoot it.

I fixed the problem. I took my jp silent captured combo out and put the stock spring back in and it works perfect.
