If you haven’t tried the Lapua Scenar’s you may want to. These are the 139 6.5’s out of my suppressed Creedmoor. This is 6) 5 round groups shot fast, 25 minutes, because I had to be somewhere. Clean cold bore group is on the right.

Agreed.
In A SAKO TRG they can be phenomenal bullets... the 123's can be really good too!

They are terrible terrible bullets. Leave them alone, let them rot on the shelf but let me know where they are in stock so I can avoid the place.
You should buy some high quality Hornaduds.

I got 2K of them a while back when I got concerned about not being able to get the Sierra 2156s. I'm not sure about seating them in my Palma rifle because they are so far back in the case. I don't think I can get enough powder in the case to make it to 1K and be comfortably supersonic. The length is impressive for a 155gr bullet. I'm thinking they might be the cats ass in a 7.62mm M1 Garand. Unfortunately my M1 is not up to it, it would be a waste to shoot those nice bullets out of my clunker. |

I have some of the 123s in my stash for when I run out of the Nosler Custom Competition. The 123 CC shoots 1/2 MOA out of my 6.5x47, plenty good for banging steel out to 1K.

I ran out of hand loads at 600 and shot this at 1,000 with 147gr Hornady Match.
