| Had Strike Eagle 4-24x50 that the turret for the illuminator started to get really loose. Send it in. I did have QD sling mount on an AR10 come loose once with this scope on it and that wasn’t the cause of the loose turret as this is recent development. Vortex calls me today saying tube is bent from over tightened rings. Always torque to spec but they say they don’t have any in stock to replace it. They then offer me Strike Eagle 5-25x56 FFP no charge. I confirmed that it’s 34mm tube compared to my 30mm one. He said yes and is also sending me a mount as well! How’s that for service? |
