I did a search but I could not find anything. Has anyone taken Barrett's Long Range training 1 and 2? Is it worth $1,200 each?

That includes ammo and lodging at NRAWC (as of a couple years ago, anyway) so yes it is.

I'm not sure about lodging, but ammo is not covered.
