Seeing some trainers setups out there for rifle. Mantis, Strikefire among others . What does everyone recommend? Not looking to break the bank, could probably spend $3-400 if needed.

Just for basic training and marksmanship, dryfiring your existing rifle is fine.  Use a shot timer, dedicated or phone app, and get a bunch of snap caps to reduce wear and to practice reloads, misfires, etc.  Work on speed with the timer.  For accuracy, just ensure the sights don't move when you press the trigger.  Practicing with a magnified optic makes any movements more apparent.

Basically this.  Put a dime or quarter on the barrel to insure you are doing it right.

After MantisX came out I upgraded to that, but it was mostly icing on the cake.
