Has anyone attended either of the GLOCK MOS courses (Operator/instructor) Also has the availability of parts from the factory improved any? I was a GLOCK armorer in LE before I retired 5 years ago and parts were a pain to get. I’m considering taking it again to be able to order parts for my guns . |

I took the MOS instructor workshop last year. It was ok. Nothing ground braking. I took it as my agency wanted me to have a read dot instructor class as we have a bunch of guys wanting dots. I have had one for years and shoot one in USPSA. The class was mostly telling people to shoot the appropriate sight confirmation. Only positive I have was the class called for 1k rounds and I shot it all. Most classes I've been to for work call for 1k or more and I end up bringing a lot back. Its been just over a year for me ordering parts and all I can say is it was a shit show. If we need other parts I plan to order from third party vendors just OEM parts. Took me 3 months to get a new gen 5 G19 extractor. |
