Here Knife defense. Combat sports based. The techniques require serious improvements. There's a new video Good video simply to show that even if you ban gun ownership, the bad guys will use something else. That 4# minute video has a TON of real knife attacks caught on surveillance cameras. |

A well trained knife attack is hard to stop. I've practiced executing proper knife attacks in training environments and the defenders got stabbed. Once was during a Krav Maga class with a well "trained" and warmed up defender. I like the idea of the simultaneous block and counter-attack. If you don't have armor, a shield & sword and running is not an option... simultaneous block and counter-attack is probably your best bet. |
