And subscribed I actually disgust myself. Where I trained, we rarely broke out albumin We routinely gave 6-8 liters of LR 3 liters was just to catch up (NPO Time, bowel prep and " they're already dry" )
My current employer is not cost conscious so I give a feel,of crystalloid and also albumin. Sorry for being wasteful, Dr. Watson ( my old chairman) , you taught me better. |
