Very very nice man.
I wish it didn't cost an arm and a leg to get the front end work done like that. |

I just had my AK sent off for the same chop and perm. I'm going a different route. Going all Zhukov furniture.
Looks good though. |

View Quote I have, and though it seems to be an awesome product, I'm just not a fan of the fact that a buffer threads into the adapter instead of it being a one piece deal like the SRVV. My biggest gripe is how it elongates the stock and kind of looks awkward in my opinion. |

Nice, I do plan on doing something similar to my SGL21. Gonna have to have the rear trunnion out so I can add the folding trunnion.

I was going to go that route until Larry Vickers did his Russian Alpha video and I had to have one... Im told cheap to buy the legit ak rail. So Im sinking 400 bucks into my wasr. That includes furniture, chop, flashhider, charging handle and sling. I plan on making my own krebs style safety. Some time with a dremel and a welder and I should be in it pretty cheap. Mine will wear a pro in an rs regulate mount. |

Looks sick as hell boss! I am gonna replicate the Alpha on my 106FR later....I have my NPAP to finish first...

I dig this thread idea. I've been mulling over putting together an Alpha clone, and this might just push me over the edge.
Interested to see what folks put together and how they do it. Keep the pics coming! |

Yeah it's definitely better to start off a SLR-107CR or the like. The GB/FSB cost 100 and the work cost 150 for mine. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

While not alpha clone specific....
What brakes are being used by alpha or various other units besides the ole 74 brake? Looking to pick something up for the 106 |

The DTK-2 is highly effective on my Arsenal SLR-107FR but pretty loud if you are shooting on either side of me. Gonna try it on the SGL-31 this coming weekend.
|
|
My other guns are short and annoying.
I don't care if it's loud for others Just that it works good |

Got a 5.5 mil folder trunnion on my M92, planning on getting the TWS top cover for it, and the SRVV ar tube adapter for it. Just wish Zenit would make rails for them lol but that will never happen so go manticore!
