Is anyone making an underfolder in 5.56?

I'm not sure I could do my own build - was looking for one but can't find anyone who seems to be making them in 5.56.

Ohio Rapid Fire has them as new parts kits, the only chrome lined Yugos

The other option seems to be getting a Saiga for conversion and buying the folder (hoping it is not well-used and wobbly)
