Yes. The key is to have no more than 10 foreign parts.
It would leave you with 9 foreign parts. Namely the barrel, receiver, front trunnion, gas piston, bolt carrier, bolt, mag body, mag floor plate, and mag follower. The furniture accounts for 3 of the counted parts, the muzzle device 1, and the trigger group counts as 3 and all of these would be U.S. made. |
