I haven't got my kit yet, but I think the Lower handguard retainer is the Hungarian profile. Like the SA85 shape. If you want to put a regular shape handguard on, you will have to swap out the retainer. Like maybe a Romy. It's easy to do if you have a press. Now the upper guard, I think you will have to modify the gas tube or find someone that makes one with some way to hold on the guard. Seems as I remember somewhere they were selling an Upper gas tube for the AMD65 that you could put on an upper handguard. Or maybe a Krink upper gas tube would work. Oh well, that's half the fun, all the possibilities.
