I had Chris at AK-USA install one and paint to match on a milled Arsenal. www.ak-usa.com The part alone is $33 now factor in the install and paint to match. Not real cheap for just a rail. There is a do it yourself rail avail from Tantal but i don't know how much it is. Here is the one AK-USA did for me.
