ok so i got these like 2 years ago for my ak. they where a pain to get on and once they did go on they broke. the pistol grip was the first to go, a chunk fell off, cracked and that was that. then the bottom handguard went next, same thing cracked. called the company said that it had to be fitted and that wouldnt happen. got new ones shaved the sides down so it went on easy. just took my gun out to clean it and what do you know cracks all over and peices missing.these are junk dont get em not worth the money. keep your AK's the way they were meant pimpin the wood. you want to go black build an AR....my 2c

Don't start telling me that ATI makes crap?!

Really now, I won't go anywhere near their stuff.. it all looks like cheap black plastic crap to me.

Looks aren't always deceiving.

Call them and complain about the parts breaking.  If they have a warranty then they'll replace the parts.  You spent hard earned money and you should not accept mediocre quality.

When my Tapco folder broke the pin the first time I took it to the range, I called Tapco to let them know it broke and the rep apologized to me and said that he was surprised that my stock still had a plastic pin (which has stress concentrations) and they replaced it within four days with a steel pin.  The first Tapco folders used a plastic pin and they replaced it with a steel one in later folders due to the plastic pins breaking.
