Anyone successfully done a thumb selector on an AK? I bought a Galil one, and have another Saiga project coming up that I though I might try this on. So far, I have noticed that a part of the thumb selector needed to be ground down so that the AK safety selector can poke through to make contact with the left side of the receiver. In theory, it looks like a no brainer. Here's the part I'm hoping to find some help on. Cutting the bottom of the receiver to use the thumb selector....Anyone have any pics of their finished product? Any advice, like forget about it, it's stupid...anything? THX! |
