Hey I have a few questions guys,,I wanted to change my gas block to the krink style(sight post on block) is it a hard job and can i do it at home.Besides Ironwood are there any other companies that sell stocks made for one tang, and would any one be interested in trading rifles.I have another SLR 95 with two mags and a few hundred rounds, im looking for a knockoff galil or something interesting,Il post pics if needed.Good condition,I clean them like there ARs.

Changing the gas block is do-able but it requires a fairly big shop press.
First, you have to press off the front sight then the gas block.
After you get all that off, you have to press the new block on and make sure its aligned with the gas port then re-pin it.

I don't know about finding a new gas block like you want that will fit on the SLR barrel.
Sizing is critical.

Ironwood is the only source I know of for a single tang SLR.  Since they make the best one, why look elsewhere.
