How do you put an Avatar in your Team Member box.

Click on photo near the top left of this page
Sign in if necessary
Browse and find the photo you wish to upload it, then click upload. (The file must be no larger than 12k)

You may need to clear your cache and sign out and in to see your new avatar. Everyone else may see it before you can.
