I saw a romanian folding stock that had a weld at the bottom, to keep it in the extended position. I was wondering has any one made one of these stocks funtional again. If so how hard was it to do, and how did you go about this. If under the extreme circumstance, that no one here has done this. Is it possible to bring this folder back to life once again.

Probably depends on how it is welded and in how many places. Id say spend the extra 15 bucks and get the folder unless it's a really good deal and you think you can modify it. I'd say a dremel and file would probably do the trick.

From what I have read, there are tons of these Romanian folders that were put back into folding condition with a dremel tool and about 30 minutes of work.
