Is there Anyting Im missing here, any advice to be given???

Im hoping since im buying a complete assembled action, it will cut down the difficulty level greatly.

It is called a receiver, not action.  If you buy the Global Trades 1.6mm receiver, you will have to machine/file the front and rear trunnions down by about 0.6mm on each side.  That is, unless they changed the design.  Global trades offers a service to assemble the trunnions an trigger guard on the receiver.  Look on their website.  If you send them the appropriate parts they will mail your FFL the assembled unit (I suggest you have them parkerize it too) and then you just have to put in the FCG, furniture and barrel and barrel pin.  This can be done with minimal tools, but think before you act...

If you don't do the above then just make sure you have the means, time and energy to rivet things together and file/adapt the parts to fit into a whole.  Look in this website and you get a good idea of what it takes...welcome to the dark side!  There are some really nice folks on this forum who can be very helpful.

Thank you for your help, I means to machine the trunion and install rivets. There are alot of good tutorials on this site. I have a good friend with proper tools to install and headspace the barrell as well. Have Access to a Powdercoating machine, planning on going this route instead of parkerizing.

With the good FCG, 1.6mm Global Recieiver, and tapco furniture, I am hoping that accuracy is as good as any other stamped AK on the market.

Should only cost me $450 total too With the quality parts I am going to use, I think that is a Smokin Deal.

Good point.  Powder coating is essentially a plastic layer melted onto the metal, right?  It's a great finish on my mountain bike fork, but it might not take the heat on a gun.  I looked at my bike and you're right, it is a thick coating...
