Rob's a great guy to deal with. I've purchased a Valmet M76, SAR-48 and Polytech underfolder from him. All in phenomenal condition. I go to his site about a dozen times daily.

Prices generally are very fair IMO. He know's his stuff.

My $1000 Krebs AK-74M had better be worth it with preban prices like those being brought to my attention.

What makes those AKs "prototypes"?

I don't know if there's that huge of an advantage to a preban AK. It's the folding stock and bayonet lug pretty much. You can put a flash suppressor on, but then you lose authenticity.
