Well, I got the 1.6mm receivers in and built one of them out. I still have to install the trunnion and lower rails then heat treat the whole thing but I'm very pleased with the receiver blank. To give the gun a smoother look, I recessed the trigger and hammer pins. I am thinking of welding in the trunnion instead of riveting it in. At some point, I'll post pics of the process and the finished gun. I'm very pleased with CM and the quality of his blanks. He was a pleasure to do business with and I look forward to future business with him. Mike |
