I converted my AK this weekend to a double stack.  although my problem i don't think has anything to do with that.  I was test firing and had a FTE, but i didn't realize it.  I pulled back on the bolt carrier to load another round and from what i can tell i shoved the bullet casing into the barrel. I think this is what happened.  I can not put another round in the barrel by hand. when i look in the barrel on the loading end in looks like theres a casing in there but it has no back end.  Basically it looks like a sleeve inserted about an inch into the barrel.  Why did this happen and how do i get it out.  BTW the gun operated flawlessly for 2 mags until this.  I didn't realize it was a FTE i assume.  sorry for the lack of proper terminolgy
