Guys if you look at the picture below you will see how the scope is leaning to right and the scope elevation knob is not vertically straight like the front sight . My FPK is the same as the one in the picture .

That is an optical illusion it appears to be angled but it is not (look at the line of the turrent and the side of the gun). Sometimes it helps to take a straight edge and check both photographs and actual items. Not saying yours is fine (since it is now yours in the picture) just that the one there looks like it is but isn't. There are some siderails I have seen that are definitely angled, but I don't think this is one of them.

It can be fixed, but it truly depends on where the problem is (if it ain't broke, then don't fix it). The likely candidates are of course the mount but also could be the scope and even the receiver. Once the cause has been identified then a fix can be outlined. Unfortunately if the mount is not clamped/pressed on tight enough when it is spot welded it may flex a little and cause something like this. Many of the PSOP scopes are two piece and where they come together it can be modified to adjust for virtually any problem with the mount. Of course if that's done then you are stuck using that same scope with that rifle only. So I try to make sure the mount and receiver are 100% in spec so I don't have to modify a scope. I hope this gives you an idea, but feel free to take pictures and share more for a more specific fix for this problem.
