My suggestion would be to buy a standard Draco and complete a Form 1 to SBR it yourself. After the approval comes back all you have to do is drill two holes, tap them 10-32 then install whatever stock setup you want. Going that route will save you a lot of money that you can spend on ammunition, magazines, equipment and other accessories.
And a Arsenal or RD gun will be no more reliable than a current production WASR. The high end ones might look better but with the money saved you can build a clone and for a lot less. The smoothing done by the builders can be done by anyone for under $100 and that includes the cost of a Dremel and Kratex used to smooth the action. RD even have a video for the DIG types. Something else, the standard Draco uses standard AK furniture for the front end. It also uses a standard carrier and bolt but you will need to swap pistons because the standard Draco uses a slightly shorter piston as we as a shorter gas tube but everything else is standard AKM. I have built two standard Dracos now and Romanian guns are some of the best out there, especially for the money. I have bought five Romanian guns in the last 18 months and ALL have been perfect. That is two mini Dracos, two standard Dracos and a current production WASR. The Century triggers are pretty amazing as well. I have used at least a dozen Tapco triggers and the Century trigger is a lot nicer. |

It will look very good. |
