Any suggestions on a good forend out there. I was thinking about the Hogue but can't find any reviews on it.

What kind of forend do you want? Railed, traditional, a traditional looking one with a rail on it?

I can go either way on the rails. Want to go the poly route with it. Would like something that will go on reliably on a romy g and not have to worry about wasting $$ on a pile

CAA's LHV-47 lower handguard is rock solid and very versatile. Use the upper handguard of your choosing. I use the LHV-47 in conjunction with an Ultimak gas tube on one of my Romy Gs. Good stuff.

Was just looking at K-vars handguards. They have different sets of handguards that look the same but some are made in Bulgaria and the rest are made in the U.S. but the Bulgarian ones are half the price. I know that there are the 922r compliance implications but is there any difference in quality.
