I scored a virgin Yugo M70AB2 underfolder kit, and I'm ordering a receiver from Nodak Spud to build a complete rifle. Where should I send it to be built? I want a nice rifle, one that looks nicer than a Century but I also don't want to pay $1,000 for it to be built by Yuli, Kalashnikov's nephew who was trained by the Bulgarian Arsenal and has a 36 month back-log of orders. Somewhere right in between would be great. Thanks!
