I am wondering if anyone makes an AK lower synthetic handguard with a heat shield and a rail? It is my understand that synthetic handguards without a shield, heat up much faster than wood. I also need a rail to mount my light. Thanks, Sparky1

although TDI doesn't have a heat shield from what i understand, they aren't a problem in regards to heat. |

I will be going to a carbine class this summer and will shoot over a thousand rounds in three days. I don't want to fry my hand in the process! Part of the time I will need a light so I am trying to kill two birds with one stone. My light is a Surefire E2D. Sparky1
